OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOURS CARE (OSHC)

It's OSHC, but not as you know it! At Patches OSHC, we're on a mission to provide before and after school care, and vacation care, with purpose. We want Australian kids to shine in all areas of their lives.

Through the programs we offer, we aim to foster physical well-being, emotional resilience, and academic growth, ensuring each child thrives in all aspects of their life. Our OSHC service is delivered by Qualified Educators and is supported by our team of Allied Health Services.

Holiday Program Q&A

Everything families need to know before the first day.

Where do we book?

Book through your usual childcare booking system. If your child attends Beehive, change the care type to Holiday Program and select North Cottesloe Primary School.

Need help? oshc@patches.com.au .

How late can we book?

Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For bookings within 12 hours, call 1300 111 728 to check availability.

We roster our regular educators according to confirmed bookings and do not use agency staff, helping us maintain quality care and strong relationships with the children. Last-minute bookings may be declined if accepting another child would exceed staff-to-child ratios.

Does Patches provide lunch?

Please pack lunch for your child. We provide afternoon tea only.

If you are unable to prepare lunch or experience any difficulties, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate a simple lunch.

What are the cancellation fees?

Cancellation charges apply according to our policy and the amount of notice provided. This may include a reduced fee or the full session fee.

Does my child need extra clothes?

Yes, please pack a spare set of clothes, as the program may include small water activities such as water-passing challenges.

What if my child requires medication?

Please advise our educators. You will be given an Authorisation to Administer Medication form to complete and sign before medication can be administered.
